Unless otherwise agreed, guests are accepted from 14:00 to 18:00; they must leave the structure by 11:00 on the last day of stay. To facilitate the guest we have the possibility of luggage storage.

Upon arrival, a valid identity document must be shown for registration. Payment is made on arrival at the B&B, in full, in cash or by credit / debit card. A receipt will be issued in accordance with the law. We remind you that, from 2019, we are subject to a Tourist Tax of 1.50 / day / person which will be added to the cost of the overnight stay.

The linen in the room will be changed on the third day of stay. Cleaning is daily and is done every morning from 10.30 to early afternoon. We are not responsible for personal items and valuables left unattended, even in your own room.

Smoking is prohibited inside the B&B, while it is possible to do so on the balconies (using ashtrays). Guests will have to moderate the volume of the TV and conversations; it is recommended to avoid disturbing noises of any kind. It is very important to always make sure that the main gate is well closed. Access to the facility by relatives or friends of the guests is absolutely not allowed. Guests are asked to treat with respect what is made available to them. Improper use of the equipment and any damage, as is natural, must be compensated. Small dogs are allowed with a contribution of € 5 per day for the subsequent disinfection.

In the square where the B&B is located there is a paid parking. At about 300 meters. away there is free parking.
